Gretchen and Jake – oh I am so happy that I have met these two. Sweet, laid back, so in love with each other and so easy to work with. And the crazy Wisconsin weather, we had to reschedule this session several times, we knew we wanted winter and Devil’s Lake – and we were so lucky that the day before the shoot some fresh snow fell, with it being at the beginning of March you never know what you are going to get! I had scouted out some of my favorite spots to shoot at Devil’s Lake, and Gretchen bought this beautiful glam dress for the shoot – it was so perfect, with the overcast day and the blue tones that came from the surrounding granite cliffs.
We also shot in downtown Baraboo on the square, I’m in love with all of the brick buildings:) This couple exudes a classic elegance and I cant’t wait for their wedding day at the Monona Terrace in Madison. Okay – onto the pics! Apologies in advance for the photo sharing overload! There were just too many favorites!
