Nicole and Ryan tied the knot Labor Day weekend at the beautiful Chula Vista Resort in Wisconsin Dells. The outdoor ceremony space that sits beside the big event tent at the Coldwater Canyon Golf Course is one of the prettiest outdoor ceremony spaces in my opinion! With the trees and the rolling hills it makes for such a romantic and picturesque backdrop! We shot all around the Chula Vista grounds, down by the river, around the hotel and all over the golf course! The skies had this gorgeous overcast with the perfect amount of clouds and sunshine! I couldn’t have painted a better sky for this day!
These two had a day filled with an intimate blend of friends and family, and I love how Nicole and Ryan’s personalities truly balance each other out! Ryan’s calm demeanor and the way he is so sweet to Nicole was awesome to witness. As Ryan walked down the aisle with his parents he got so emotional and it was really sweet. Nicole has an infectious laugh and such a liveliness and I love that her friends and family mean so much to her.
The whole day was so joyful and filled with lots of laughter! It was awesome that Nicole and Ryan chose to do a first look, so after the ceremony, the only thing we had to focus on were some formal family photos and then the couple was able to party and celebrate the rest of the night with family and friends! Making this decision really gives the day a more laid back and fun vibe! And whoa – does Nicole’s mom LOVE dance and really has the moves – I haven’t seen a dance floor that hoppin in a long time! Congratulations you two! Wishing you guys a lifetime of happiness!
