I was so lucky to be able to photograph Stacy and Nate’s wedding this year at the Wilderness Resort. Not only are they both the cutest, sweetest people but also they had so many different touches that made it that much more fun. The whole wedding party wore coyboy boots and Stacy showed hers off with a gorgeous high-low wedding dress. This made for great photographs and brought an energy to the dance floor that I didn’t expect. The loud stomping lifted the spirits of the whole dining room during the Grand march, leaving everyone with huge smiles. Stacy grew up with horses, and she pointed out a horse pasture not far from a bar and we decided walk over and see what it was like… Well with the willow tree, the horses, and the beautiful adoring couple I was in heaven! Lastly, the couple added a musical chair scavenger hunt with the wedding party at the end of the night, which was hilarious. It kept everyone entertained and gave the lively wedding party time to show off their glorious personalities. It was a fun night that gave me lots to photograph and enjoy, not only in memories but also with the beautiful images from the day. I hope you fall for these two just as much as I did.
Love that dress with those boots!!
Stacy grew up with horse so we were so happy this spot was available!
Everyone was given a smores packet and some people started to make theirs over the candles on the table : )
I love all the country touches to this wedding.
Let the stomping begin!!
The DJ would yell out an item and the wedding party had to rush out into the banquet room to find it but hurry back because he would take out a chair till their was only one left. There were people and chairs flying every where, it was hilarious.
