When we booked our trip to Puerto Rico, I had knew that I wanted to do some kind of a personal shoot while we were here, something to kick me back into gear and get me re-inspired. I didn’t know where or when I was going to shoot this, so my camera was always with me, either on my neck or in the car. The El Yunque Rainforest was only about 20 minutes from our condo, and it was a must do on our list. I’ve never been in a rainforest before, and it was just awesome. We drove up the mountain to La Coco falls, a waterfall that could be seen from the road. After a little exploring, I asked the husbands if they’d give us some time to take some photos. I got the okay for a half hour tops…so we grabbed this flowy dress that was packed in a beach bag, a little headband, some lipstick and my camera, and off we went. Thank you so much Jamie for being my muse, I love how these turned out. It was just a magical place and I had so much fun taking these.
We were laughing so hard when I took these; Jamie’s inner flower child was shining through, it was perfect!
